SUNMON pays attention to the improvement of R&D. Dozens of engineers with rich experience in e-cig know the procedure of R&D and they can adopt new technology and new methods into the products quickly.

We design the product based on the market situation and consumers’ need to design products accurately; We conduct product series plans based on consumers’ brand to empower them occupy the market.

We can also produce products based on pictures or samples sent from consumers (OEM) to reduce their resource input and cost. It also uses our equipment and technology to shift into advanced products quickly.

Manufacturing Equipment

With 3000 square meters’ workshop and 12 completed producing lines, SUNMON can produce 150,000 kits monthly.

We pay attention to deliver capacity and establish the deliver center. It makes the produce schedules, purchase department purchases materials on time, and producing teams produce on schedule. These steps make sure the on-time delivery rate increase.

Supply Chain Management

After years of development, SUNMON has established a complete supply chain system and implemented a two-level material management mechanism for suppliers to ensure the stability of supply.

We adhere to the value chain principle of "co-creation of value and sharing of benefits", and work with suppliers to build a supply chain that responds quickly to demand. Check and evaluate suppliers quarterly to continuously improve supplier capabilities.

QC

SUNMON implements comprehensive quality management, focusing on the construction of a quality management team. First, establish and improve the quality inspection department, equipped with quality inspection personnel and equipment and facilities that can meet the needs of production; second, establish and improve the quality inspection system, from the raw materials into the factory to the finished product must be implemented at every level of check Records, the responsibilities of production workers and inspectors are clear, and quality tracking is implemented. At the same time, the functions of production workers and inspectors should be closely integrated. The inspectors are not only responsible for quality inspection, but also have the function of guiding production workers. Production workers can't just control production. Products produced by themselves must be inspected first, and a combination of self-inspection, mutual inspection and special inspection should be implemented. Third, establish the authority of the quality inspection department. Unqualified raw materials confirmed by the quality inspection department are not allowed to enter the factory, unqualified semi-finished products cannot flow to the next process, and unqualified products are not allowed to leave the factory.
