SUNMON implements comprehensive quality management, focusing on the construction of a quality management team. First, establish and improve the quality inspection department, equipped with quality inspection personnel and equipment and facilities that can meet the needs of production; second, establish and improve the quality inspection system, from the raw materials into the factory to the finished product must be implemented at every level of check Records, the responsibilities of production workers and inspectors are clear, and quality tracking is implemented. At the same time, the functions of production workers and inspectors should be closely integrated. The inspectors are not only responsible for quality inspection, but also have the function of guiding production workers. Production workers can't just control production. Products produced by themselves must be inspected first, and a combination of self-inspection, mutual inspection and special inspection should be implemented. Third, establish the authority of the quality inspection department. Unqualified raw materials confirmed by the quality inspection department are not allowed to enter the factory, unqualified semi-finished products cannot flow to the next process, and unqualified products are not allowed to leave the factory.
